Dear Sir/Madam,

On behalf of the Poultry Veterinary Study Group Europe please find, linked below, our considered view on the recent proposal by the EU Commission to amend Delegatated Regulation 2020/687 to make the lifting of disease control zones contingent on final cleaning and disinfection of the the affected farm, as opposed to the long-established practice of doing this on completion of preliminary C&D.
